DIPLOMA LEVEL 1 IN BRICKLAYING

The Level 1 qualification provide learners with a range of bricklaying skills and knowledge. Learners will also develop an understanding of the health and safety requirements for working in the construction industry. 

The qualification is vocationally based and as such, offer the opportunity for learners to demonstrate an achievement of practical skills, understanding and knowledge in bricklaying and will provide learners with a good introduction to a particular trade within the construction sector to enable them to progress to the next level. The qualification will support progression to further learning and ultimately to work in the construction sector. The qualification is for: learners who wish to gain a good introduction to a specific trade in the construction sector, equipping learners with underpinning knowledge and skills specific to the sector.
